Don't miss the Blazer Race on Saturday,
September 11 beginning at 9 a.m.! This fun, community event to raise dollars
for Germantown Fire Department Auxiliary and the Education Fund at Bethlehem
Lutheran School and features a 5k run and 2-mile walk. The race will begin
at Bethlehem Lutheran School located at Hwy. 145 and Bel Aire Lane and winds
through Kinderberg Park, and the scenic streets and bike paths of Germantown
before concluding back at the school.
The fee to participate is $10 for youth
(18 and younger), $15 for adults who register by September 6 and $20 on race
day for walk-up registrations. Walk-up registration is available 7:30 a.m. –
8:30 a.m. The registration fee includes a race T-shirt, food and beverages,
awards to male and female runners in each age division, and overall male and
female winner.
Parents, bring your kids! A FREE “Kids’
Corner” will be set up in the gymnasium of Bethlehem Lutheran School to
entertain the children who will not be participating in the race. Children will be supervised by
parents and teens involved in Bethlehem’s Youth Group. For more information

ACTS (Active Christian Teens)
Mark your calendar for Sunday, August 29th at 12noon (after the late-service). ACTS will be hosting a brief, informational meeting about the upcoming year at the Menomonee Falls campus. Parents and teens are strongly encouraged to attend, but if you can’t make it, and you are interested in ACTS, contact Pastor Schmidt to receive a folder of information (folders will be available after August 28th) … Teens! Mark your calendars! Tell your friends! ACTS is right around the corner! The first Bible Study will be Wednesday, September 8th… Thank you to all who have generously donated items for the ACTS Lounge – your furniture is going towards a very important ministry!
